Shipping policy

Fulfillment Hours:

Monday - Friday:  8am-5pm

Once an order is placed and payment is complete, the fulfillment process begins.

All orders placed before midnight will be shipped within the following 1-3 business days. 

If an order is placed after 12 o'clock (noon) on a Friday, the shipment may be delayed until Monday morning.

Most domestic packages arrive within 1-7 days after order placement.

Domestic (USA) orders over $75 qualify for free First Class shipping.

International orders follow the same fulfillment process and will be shipped out within 1-3 days from order placement.

International orders may take up to 90 days or more to arrive, due to complications with freight and shipment, which is out of our control.
