Refunds and Returns Policy

GhostCircus Apparel understands that without you and your interest in our garments, we would not be here and/or in business. We do our best to satisfy your requests in a timely manner and only ask for you to help us by doing that too. Thank you for your business and continued support.

Apparel and Accessories

If the garment arrives and is damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can take care of you.

If the garment arrives and does not fit, you will have to cover shipping to send it back to us and we will ship a new size/ garment of equal value to you once the package arrives at our HQ. Make sure to reach out to a member of our team so that we can make preparations and ensure availability.

If the garment arrives and you would like to return it for any other reason, please email us and let us know so we can help you start the process of your return. You will have to cover the shipping cost(s) to send it back to our HQ and just as long as you return it within 15 days of receiving your garments you may qualify for a full refund.

Face Masks and Bandanas

For the moment, there are no returns or refunds after your face mask/ bandana has been shipped from our fulfillment center, due to sanitary reasons. However, if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
