Are your products made in the U.S.?
Great question! We are proud to say that all of our garments are sourced in the U.S., and all of our masks are handmade to order here in Los Angeles.

When will my order be shipped?
Once an order is placed, it takes 1-3 days to process and produce. Then, it is immediately shipped out to the address provided at checkout. Pre-orders take 3-5 days to produce and ship. Keep in mind, all orders are hand-made to order, here in Los Angeles, CA.

How do i know when a product is available, back in stock or on pre-order?
And how do I know when something new is coming out?
The best way to know when something is new, on pre-order or back in stock is to visit our website, or check in with our social media. We are very dedicated to updating our social media and informing our followers of updates.

What is the size of each face cover? 'OG 2.0' vs 'Ninja'?

OG 2.0

Dimensions = 7.5" Wide x 4" Tall

Pocket = 7.5" Wide (opens from top)

Ninja

Dimensions = 7.5” Wide x 7.25" Tall at center, 3.25” Tall at ears

Pocket 3”

Ninja XL

(compared to Ninja)

Dimensions = 8.5" Wide x 8" Tall , 1/4" Longer Each Ear Loop

Can you change the size? Can you customize my order?
Due to high demand, we cannot offer any alterations at this time. We want to service as many people as we can right now and our team is working tirelessly to get these out to everyone. We have made some adjustments to the design since the beginning of this process and are still working out the bugs.

 Which Masks Have Elastic? Nose wire?
Our OG, OG 2.0, Youth 2.0 and Ninja 2.0 Face Covers have elastic and a formfitting nose wire.

Which masks have pockets?
Filter pockets are currently only included in the design of the following masks:
Ninja Organic Cotton Face Cover
OG 2.0 Face Cover
Ninja 2.0 Face Cover
Youth 2.0 Cover
What size is the pocket? Does it come with a filter? What filter do I use? 
The pocket is about 2” wide at the top inside of the mask. The filter is not included. We're not sure what type of filter you should use as there are many out there and it’s really up to you.

How do I wash them?

Size of the face covers?
We are doing our best to satisfy every customer and keep the face covers as universal as possible. We have a 'One Size Fits Most' for adults and 'Kids Size' which is designed for ages 7-12. At this time we cannot offer any alterations.

Can I change my order?
We will do our absolute best to help you out, please contact us via email so we can see what is possible.

Can I pick up my order from your location?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders, we can no longer support pick up directly from our location. However, at checkout, you have several options of priority shipping, if you so choose. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I never received my order, it still says "Pre-Shipment".
USPS is completely backed up. The 'pre-shipment' status means that they have the package but have not scanned it to be put on a truck. We're so so sorry that it has not yet been delivered to you! Your order was 100% dropped off at the post office and once we drop it off, it's out of our hands and out of our control. Sometimes, these things happen and we have no way of avoiding that. 
Tracking says that my order has been delivered, but I still have no package?
Sometimes the post office will mark it delivered once it's on its way to your house. If you do not receive your package within 72 hours, please contact us.

Error in Shipping
There are many things that could have gone wrong, be it an error in the shipping address, hold ups at the post office and stolen packages. We do our absolute best to fulfill every order correctly and in a timely manner, but sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe that the issue is something we can help you resolve, please contact us via email.

I have no tracking number, but my order was shipped?
Tracking is specified at checkout by each customer. If you do not select a tracking number at checkout, one will not be given to you. Unfortunately, if you did not receive a tracking number, then neither did we. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I'm a 'First Responder'. Is there any discount?

Can I use more than one (1) coupon code at a time?
No, you can only use one coupon code at a time (per purchase/transaction).
